Shark Photography And Conservation Special

Alex Mustard

At Photography Experts we have developed a great appreciation for the photographic challenges faced when attempting to capture stunning and unique images of one of the most iconic species on the planet – Sharks. Join Alex, Chris Fallows and Neil Hammerschlag for a very special event on Shark Photography and Conservation.

We are also acutely aware of the persecution these magnificent creatures face. As a special event we have called on great friends of the platform Alex Mustard, Chris Fallows and Neil Hammerschlag Internationally renowned photographers and conservationists to present a Shark Photography showcase event.

Chris Fallows will be focussing on photography at and above the surface, drawing on his stunning portfolio of Great Whites where he has recorded some very special images and developed new techniques. Chris also has a great appreciation for the other photographic opportunities whilst focussing on Sharks and will be making reference to this in the presentation.

Alex Mustard will be heading below the surface and introducing a wider variety of the species, photographic equipment and techniques he employs to capture the award-winning images he is renowned for. Alex’s images are regularly featured as award winners in the most prestigious photographic competitions and publications around the world.

Neil Hammerschlag  will be bringing along his imagery too and combining it with presenting some of the important challenges and insights he has witnessed during his research and internationally acclaimed scientific studies as Director of the Shark Research and Conservation Unit of Miami University.

Photography Experts bring you the very best photographers who excel at their craft but also deliver a top-quality Web presentation that is as entertaining as it is informative. In each presentation the Expert not only shares their stunning imagery with you but the detail of where and how the image was taken, they will give you their own personal insights on composition and settings not available anywhere else in this format. We seriously recommend registration and participation in the live event for the chance to ask questions directly yourself or listen to the answers they give to other participants. Only registrants to the live event will have access to the Q&A content as well as being given a 72 hour post event streaming of the event, so even if for some reason you are unable to attend you still get to see the full event.
